Police have arrested three people in connection with the shooting of a man in the parking lot of the Kaysville Police Department. Three people were arrested after an armed robbery at the Park City Police Station on Wednesday, May 3, 2017.
The 26-year-old is charged in Pierce County District Court with operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, fleeing and evading, and dangerous assault with a deadly weapon and burglary, prosecutors said. Schlipman, 59, of Kearns, Utah, was arrested at the Elko Motel and appeared on bail for the offense, according to a profile detailing his arrest. Police said the incident happened shortly before his arrest and he was released on bail for a misdemeanor count of felony assault. A Kaysville man and his girlfriend are facing charges of grievous bodily harm in connection with an incident in which Jeffrey Ryans suffered leg injuries in the parking lot of a Park City police station Wednesday afternoon.
Garcia was taken to Utah County Jail for grievous bodily harm with a deadly weapon, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Eddington left jail on Thursday morning and faced one count of second-degree assault and two counts of assault, according to court documents.
